In 2025, the charity has a 9 Trustees (all doctors/surgeons at the forefront of research, education, and patient care), a Fundraising Manager and a Fundraiser.
Whilst the fundraisers are based at Manchester Royal Infirmary they do travel to many north west renal hubs.
