We had a great day at The Old Barn for our Summer Cycle.
Our supporters had been so understanding with the 3 date changes that had to take place and our 40 cyclists were very definitely ready to take on the 25 mile challenge.
It was different to past cycling events, there was no big set off instead our groups registered and were then able to set off at their leisure.
Chapeau Events did a super job of route marking and looking after our cyclists – thank you! And then the breakfast roll that everyone received once the 25 mile cycle was complete definitely went down well. Our supporters looked great in our new cycle jerseys – eco friendly as made from recycled bottle tops although it was lovely to also see cycle jerseys from previous events!
Sponsorship money is still coming in for the event so we look forward to sharing the total raised with you over the coming weeks.
