Fit Feb 2026!!
Back by popular demand for a sixth year!
Fit February is great way to kick start the year (after recovering in January) and its an event that everyone can be involved in.
The challenge is to run, walk, cycle, scoot, swim, treadmill you can even ski 50 miles during the month of February. You’ll have 28 days to reach your target and as February goes on you’ll really notice how much longer & lighter the days get – Spring will almost be with us by the end of the month!
You’ll have a log sheet to tick off the miles or you can use an app to count the miles – Strava can be linked directly to your Justgiving page!
You will be helping so many wonderful people who are suffering with renal problems whilst getting your fitness and wellbeing ready for Spring.
Anyone can join Fit Feb, you will become part of a very special group of like minded people who want to move more and look forward to the lighter and brighter days of Spring.
