Back by popular demand for a third year!
Fit February is great way to kick start the year (everyone knows that January isn’t a good time for new year resolutions!!) and it’s an event that everyone can be involved in.
The challenge is to run, walk, cycle, scoot, swim, treadmill – you can even ski – 50 miles or 50 km during the month of February. You’ll have a log sheet to tick off the miles and as February goes on you’ll really notice how much longer & lighter the days get- Spring will almost be with us by the end of the month and you’re fitness levels will have really improved!
